    Students are only allowed ONE fob for use with AccuClass. If you assign a new fob to the student, then the old fob will be 'inactivated' and will no longer work for sign. This is handy for when the student loses a fob as all you need to do is assign them a new Fob and the old fob will no longer work. With this system, students only need ONE fob for all their class sign-ins.
    If students are unaware of the above, you might want to ask them whether they have a fob before giving them a new one.
    Flashing a note about that might also be useful, so we will consider that for a future update.

    Hi,
    If you are referring to the Roll Call feature, this is already sorted by student's first name. Make sure you are using the AccuClass app when you do the roll call. The app is available for free on the App Store.
