AccuClass Feedback
Hi AccuClass Users! Each AccuClass user can add requests and/or vote on existing requests. You can give each request 1 to 3 votes to reflect its importance. Note that each user is limited to 10 votes, so make sure to use your votes on your most important requests. Requests with more votes have higher implementation priority.
Important: Use your academic email address to vote. Those from generic addresses (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc) will be removed. Voting multiple users from the same college will not give additional priority.

Add a forgot password link somewhere on the login screen.

Include an option Flex-attendance class format
I administrate a university course that has a single fixed-day (friday) attendance each week. In addition to these fixed dates, there is a calendar of flex-attendance class meetings for different dates and times each week. These flex dates are not on a recurring schedule. Students must attend a required number of these meetings at their discretion. Is it possible to add a single class meeting option that can be used to set up an unlimited number of class meetings within a semester?

Class Enrollment sheet
Is there a way to sort the screen alpha by last name? They could still be listed as First/Last, just in Alpha order by Last.
With large format classes, Alpha by First Name is not the best option.

Student's name displayed on check in/check out on iPad
When a student swipes/scans in on the ipad/iphone version of the accuclass app, it just displays that the scan was accepted but it doesn't display the name of the student who swiped in. This functionality would be fantastic if it were added in to discourage students from "Buddy Punching". It would also be great it the system displayed their picture as well so the instructor could match the students face to their swipe to (once again) discourage buddy punching.

Allow Overlapping Semsters
Our school has classes that start their semesters at different times. It would be nice if that functionality could be added in so we could create semesters for our day and night classes.

Specialized/Custom Reporting by Class
Currently in the export of a class the only thing you can do is export all data from all classes. It would be nice if you only export data out by certain fields (IE: running a custom report on one class, the students enrolled in that class and what time they swiped in and out along with how many minutes they were tardy (if they were marked tardy)).

Lengthen the "create a free account" button on the log out screen
This occurs in IE not chrome. The "create a free account" button on the log out screen is to short, the words come off of the button.

Roll Call on home page; upper right area reflecting a music class that I deleted
I deleted a music class a number of weeks ago, but it is still showing that the class is due to start in a couple of minutes. It does not show the class in the actual roll call page, but only in the roll call area on the home page; the green, upper right area.

Have a letter filled in the attendance sheet blocks as well as the color coding
Basically even if someone who is colorblind is using the system the could look at the attendance sheet and see "P" in the boxes for Present, "A" in the boxes for Absent, "T" in the boxes for Tardy, etc. Also when you print the Attendance sheet using the browser's File>Print it just shows empty blocks with no color. This would help out with that as well.

have a confirmation to delete a Class just like there is one for the Semester
If you click delete on a Class it just is gone... no confirmation and you have no attendance, no registered students, nothing. It is close to the links for enrollment and attendance so it might be accidentally clicked on.

Improve design while printing a web page
When you go to File -> Print, it should look better and more compact.

Add "Off times" for holidays in the semester
Add "Off times" for holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day , etc. when school is not in session from the normal schedule.

Error: Administrators cannot edit users.
It was working before, now it says that the user is not authorized.

Hey Diego, You are probably already doing it but we do need to have an attendance report.

Question mark in Class creation did not work
I'm testing in Safari on a Mac. The ? under class schedule that explains what 'check schedule' means does not do anything.

Change default class end time
You can check this but usually MWF classes are 50 minutes long while TR classes are 75 minutes long. After picking a class start time (e.g. 10:00 AM Monday) it would be nice if the system defaults to the end time (e.g. 10:50 AM in our example).

Separate Home and Logout buttons
Currently the home icon looks like the logo of the "log out". Maybe it's because one is icon and the other is text. We should have both as either text or icons. Also they are so close that I am wondering if someone would click the wrong one. Maybe Home should be on the left and Logout on the right.

Add Instructor to Class
For an institutional license especially, it seems to me it would make sense to be able to add the instructor to the class. Then we could have an attendance by instructor export. That would make it possible for directors, etc. to see the attendance for all our some of their instructors. Further, if they had classes like ENG1101 they would have a hard time figuring which instrcutor was teaching the class since multiple ENG1101 classses could be offered in different classrooms. If it was ENG1101 instructor Dr. Smith or ENG1101 instructor Dr. Jones it would make it a lot easier…
