AccuClass Feedback
Hi AccuClass Users! Each AccuClass user can add requests and/or vote on existing requests. You can give each request 1 to 3 votes to reflect its importance. Note that each user is limited to 10 votes, so make sure to use your votes on your most important requests. Requests with more votes have higher implementation priority.
Important: Use your academic email address to vote. Those from generic addresses (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc) will be removed. Voting multiple users from the same college will not give additional priority.

Problem with Confirmation Email
When we signed Nick for a new account, his confirmation email (one with the link) went to his Outlook Spam Box!
Also in that email message there was a typo at the end "Welcome abroad" instead of "welcome aboard"1 voteFixed.

change ID to id in the example .csv file
ID has to be changed to all lower case, or changed to something like STUDENT_ID. Excel is considering it an sylk file which is not supported. So if somebody else downloads the example file, they won't be able to reload it to AccuClass.

View Attendance Details
The date is not showing up in screen. Also, I believe Nick already mentioned it, but the time is wrong. It is showing the sign in at 5:27AM on the one I am looking at, but the sign in was actually 9:27AM, so four hours off from Eastern time.

To dress up the "Classes" area
To clean up the look of the main menu maybe add "view/edit semesters", "view/edit departments", and "view/edit classrooms" under the Classes icon.

Deleting a class does not delete the class from the roll call window
In Internet Explorer deleting a class from the add/delete class area, does not delete the class from the roll call area.

Include an "Attendance" export
I have many choices to export from all the data imported like students, instructors, classes, and enrollment. But as far as data collected from the software I only have an export of raw swipes. What if I have not implemented swiping yet.

Deleting a student should UN-enroll them from classes
If a student is deleted from the student master list, then they should be removed/deleted from any class that they were enrolled in.

Software is duplicating the info in Internet Explorer
This appears to be only occurring in Internet Explorer, but after you log in to AccuClass, then click on students, click on home button then go back to students... it was showing two sets of each student. Once it started doing it, it would not go away. If you delete one of the duplicates, hit the home button, then return to students, it would delete both of the students.

Unable to resolve a swipe...
"Unable to execute action" is displayed when trying to resolve a swipe.

Raw Swipes Export is using server times instead of local timezone set in settings
This may lead to confusion when trying to figure out when the student signed-in or signed-out.

On the Attendance sheet details it shows the raw swipes in server time, no the settings timezone.
Could be confusing considering the user does not know what the server time is exactly.

When adding a new instructor not saving middle initial.
Not a big issue but it might be if the are two John Smith, Joe Brown, Mike Jones, etc.

When adding new students to a class they appear with blank schedule

Names and Dates not showing up on the Attendance sheet
I noticed that some names and dates do not show up on the attendance sheet. If they were dropped from the class the attendance information is still there just no name labeled. Also at the top the dates do not show but you can select them.

Add help text to inform new users that they can hit the spacebar+spacebar in any field to see the entire list of options
This is something that is hidden in AccuClass that not all users may know about so we might want to create an article about it and have a quick bit of text stating you can do that. Especially helpful when they do not know the classes exact name or number.

correct using "Swipe a card" for sign-in and sign-out it records Attendance but marks absent
We signed-in and signed-out students in a class and it recorded their logs but the "presence" remained absent.

The system is allowing to create 2 semester in the same period
For example, create a semester "A" from 1/1/2013 to 10/10/2013, then create another one called "B" from 2/2/2013 to 9/9/2013.
